These scores evaluate your child's behavioral characteristics with the behavioral characteristics associated with ADD or ADD-H.
Take the assessment at your convenience then mail in the self-addressed return envelope (included). A qualified therapist will then score, interpret and provide recommendations indicating whether you should seek a more definitive diagnosis.
