Worry-Less Game

This game can help children with fears and anxiety disorders. It teaches children the important steps in dealing with their worries, including coping with difficult feelings and self-monitoring.

In this game, players try to capture the Worry Monsters as they learn the important steps in dealing with persistent worry, including: identifying feelings; self-calming; making positive self-statements; coping with difficult feelings; and self-monitoring.

Children will ask to play this game again and again, and as they play, they will learn the important skills to help them "worry less". Includes a reproducible assessment checklist to be filled out by parents or teachers which will help identify each child's progress.
