This simple and enjoyable game teaches players to examine their irrational beliefs and thoughts. Based on the principles of Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), players will gain an understanding of where their "irrational" thoughts come from and will be able to replace them with "rational" thoughts and productive behavior. It also teaches players some of the main principles of Rational Emotive Therapy.
