The activities incorporate songs (classical themes with new lyrics), dance, games, triangles, optional stick horses or kangaroo and joey puppets, children's story books, tambourines, jingle bells, parachute, shaker eggs, guiro tone block, rhythm sticks, hand drums (or sound shapes), maraca, glockenspiel, xylophone, scarves (especially red ones), listening map and finger cymbals.
The included CD has tracks to coordinate with each of the activities and many of the activity lesson plans show the specific timing for each event as it occurs on the CD track.
