This INNER TUBE software program teaches useful skills for anyone who needs to stay relaxed, responsive and resourceful under pressure.
Using the INNER TUBE's software program, you navigate through diverse tunnel environments and try to make it out to stunning sky backgrounds before your time runs out. Race against the clock to the end of 80 tunnel levels while ship speed, fog and music volume respond to stress levels. To do this you must control ship speed, fog, power-up size, and music volume by changing your levels of relaxation as shown by your skin conductance level, rate of change of skin conductance level and heart rate variability.
Learn to relax and control your state. Learn to stay relaxed under pressure, keeping your hands dry and heart rate smooth. Close your eyes and easily calm yourself by controlling the background music volume.
Enjoy FUN game play, while stressed OR relaxed! Navigate through 20 beautiful environments. Choose from a variety of difficulties. Jump directly to any level at any time. Game is enjoyable to play even when you have not reached your target state.
Customize the game's response to your measurements! YOU choose how to link the ship's speed, fog, power-up size, and music volume to your mind and body.
