The Conflict Resolution Thumball can assist individuals or groups in resolving a conflict. There are 32 different conflict resolution or peer mediation questions pre-printed on the panels of the ball.
Sample Questions: What is something you could have done differently? Are you trying to cast blame? Why or Why not? Describe one win/win solution to the problem.
Instructions: Invite players to sit or stand in a circle. Ask players to toss the thumball to another player. This player should catch it, look under their thumb and respond to the question found there. Players responses can vary each time you play.
Suggestions: Respond to the panel under your thumb by answering for yourself. Respond by asking another player to answer. Predict the answer another player would give.
The Thumball is soft and suitable for indoor or outdoor play. It measures approximately 6" in diameter.
