Character Circles Game

This game is designed to challenge students to think critically about important character issues. They will learn what constitutes good character (and bad character), and what character means in terms of the quality of relationships with family, friends, and adults at school. There are five dimensions of character built into the game: Honesty; Responsibility; Fairness; Respect; and Caring.

Players pick cards showing behaviors by fictitious students. Players then judge whether the character shown on the card was good or bad, what dimension of character it represents, and finally (if it is bad character) what should be done instead. Teachers/Counselors can choose which of these three activities are appropriate for players.

A booklet with complete lesson plan is included.
