This resource is designed for use with children aged 7-12 (Grades 2-6). It can benefit all children, but it is particularly helpful for those students who are struggling with boundary issues related to symptoms of ADHD, Aspergers Syndrome, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Codependency.

Each chapter of this book covers a specific aspect of boundaries and can be used as single session if only selected activities and worksheets are used. Or, each chapter can be expanded to two or three lessons if all of the activities and worksheets are used. Therefore, this book contains enough lessons for 10 - 30 weeks. Though any of the discussions and activities in this book work best in small groups, they can also be modified in individual counseling sessions or used in a larger classroom.
